Primarily a seasonal home for winter visitors, this impressive complex offers a lifestyle to fit every retiree. Venture Out at Mesa, Inc. is a Homeowners Association which is governed by a nine member Condominium Board of Directors elected each year by the homeowners, and is managed and operated by a staff of over 50 employees.
Venture Out started as a dream over fifty years ago by its two founders who saw the need for luxury accommodations for RV enthusiasts. Their vision all those years ago has evolved into a park model community where lot owners continually build and remodel their homes to exacting standards. Venture Out’s Condo Board and Architectural Committee carefully watch national trends and update construction requirements to meet the needs of the homeowners. This results in an ever improving community where the annual “Home Tour” becomes one of the highlights of the season.
The multi-million dollar Community Center serves as the hub of activities and special events that are held daily here at Venture Out. Its most impressive feature is the valley’s most beautiful ballroom, overlooking the majestic Superstition Mountains. Our full time Activity Director and a staff of recreation employees plan on average over 80 activities daily, designed to accommodate a wide array of sports and entertainment options.
Resort amenities include two olympic sized swimming pools (The East Pool Complex has a wheelchair lift), four hot tubs, saunas, men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, exercise facilities, lawn bowling, croquet, pickle ball, paddle tennis, twenty shuffleboard courts, batting and golf driving cages, putting green, horseshoe pits, bocce ball courts, batting cage and eight tennis courts. Daily classes are offered in everything from aerobics & yoga, computer programming to gourmet cooking. Enjoy first class entertainment, dances, sock hops, theme parties, dinners and BBQ’s all season long. Satisfy your crafting urges with woodworking, silversmith, lapidary, sewing, quilting, ceramics, stained glass and woodcarving. Venture Out has over 28 different clubs and organizations to cater to everyone’s recreational needs.
Venture Out recently completely renovated the RV Overnight Spaces to 21st century standards. The results were the highest possible rankings in both Woodall’s and Trailer Life directories for RV rentals. Venture out is ranked in the top 300 parks in the nation for amenities and accommodations! Book early as spaces fill fast for the season.
