The State of Arizona has mandated that all owners in an HOA community, regardless of their current account balance, receive a mailed account statement. Venture Out is required to mail out quarterly statements. The law does permit owners to receive these quarterly statements via email, but OWNERS MUST OPT-INfor the email option before the association may stop mailing statements through the postal service.
