212 Douglas St.is in a good location, close to the bathhouse & a short distance from the recreation center, which has a great library, pool tables and many more activities, also a brand new west swimming pool and two hot tubs & tennis & pickle ball courts, & a putting green. We have a 32″ TV, and DVD player, washer and dryer, barbeque, 2 bikes with baskets. Venture Out has its own place to rent free movies with a large selection. No Arizona room but nice outdoor table and 4 chairs. We have a king size bed and hide a bed in the living room. No smoking in the unit and no pets. $1650.00 per month we require $100.per month for electricity and if you don’t use it all we will show you the bills and return the unused amount.
