Rentals at Venture Out

Venture Out at Mesa is a beautiful adult recreational vehicle resort with 1,749 individually owned lots and 20 RV overnight spaces. A limited number of lots with fully furnished units and vacant lots are available for rent through the rental/sales office. Since all properties are individually owned, rates and other conditions will vary.

All units are approximately 400 square feet consisting of a living room with dining area, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, covered patio and storage shed. Many homes have enclosed patios (Arizona rooms) and/or washers and dryers. All units are fully furnished including linens, dishes, cooking utensils, TV and microwave. Rates will vary from about $1200 to $2400 (plus tax) per month plus electric and telephone. Rates are dependant on the age and location of unit.

Vacant lots are landscaped and have either asphalt or concrete pads and driveways with concrete patios. Many have storage sheds and other improvements. Rates vary from about $650 to $800 (plus tax) per month plus electricity and telephone.
